Many people who have no experience in road construction, my opponent included, think building more lanes is the only way to reduce traffic congestion on our roads. That’s not true!
Experts know we can’t simply build our way out of congestion anymore. We need to work with the resources we already have and use innovative traffic management solutions – like the state did in Minnetonka in 2015, at the 494 Interchange near Plymouth Road.
